Scale Employee Alerts SMS program

The Scale Employee Alerts program is available only to current Scale employees who voluntarily enroll by texting START to +1 (888) 614-3567.

  • Program: Company operational announcements, safety and emergency notifications, office closures, schedule changes, IT or service notifications, and other employee-related communications.
  • Consent: Participation is optional and is not a condition of employment.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs.
  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call +1 (405) 250-7530.
  • Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Scale does not use the Employee Alerts program for third-party marketing or promotional messaging. See our SMS Privacy Notice.
