Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help deliver the messages and are contractually required to protect the information, or when required by law.

We use SMS information only to provide Scale employee operational, safety, emergency, closure, scheduling, IT, and related employee notifications; manage consent; provide support; and maintain program records.
